1. Check whether the ferrous metal components of all high-pole lighting facilities (including the inner wall of the lamp pole) are galvanized and anticorrosive, and whether the anti-loosening measures of fasteners meet the requirements.
2. Check the verticality of high-pole lighting facilities (theodolite must be used regularly to measure and test as required).
The slight allowable error of the pole shall be less than 3 ‰ of the height of the pole ‰. The straightness error of the light pole axis shall not be greater than 2 ‰ of the length of the light pole ‰.
3. Check whether the outer surface of the lamp post and the weld are corroded. For long-term use but can not be replaced, if necessary, the use of ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing methods to detect the weld.
4. Check the mechanical strength of the lampshade to ensure the safe use of the lampshade. For closed lampshades, check the heat dissipation.
5. Check the fastening bolts of the lamp bracket and adjust the projection direction of the lamp reasonably.
6. Carefully check the use of the wires (flexible cables or wires) in the lamp panel to see if the wires are subjected to excessive mechanical stress, aging, cracking, bare, etc. If there is an unsafe phenomenon, it should be dealt with immediately.

(1) Fully check the manual and electric functions of the lifting transmission system, requiring flexible transmission, smooth lifting, safe and reliable.

(4) Check the brake motor, its speed should meet the relevant design requirements and safety performance requirements;
(5) Check the overload safety protection devices such as the overload safety clutch of the transmission system. (6) Check the electric and mechanical limit device, limit device and overtravel limit protection device of the lamp panel.
(7) When using a single main wire rope, check the reliability and safety of the brake or protection device to prevent the lamp panel from accidentally falling. After the wire rope lamp panel is in place, check the automatic hanging and unloading device to ensure that it can be hung and placed freely.
(8) Check that the internal circuit of the rod must be firmly fixed without pressure, blocking and damage.
9. Inspection of power distribution control equipment
(1) The distribution line and lamp panel line should be fixed.
(2) The wiring shall be firm and reliable without looseness or falling off.
(3) Check the three-phase load balance and midnight light control.
(4) The inspection of electrical connectors shall be firmly and reliably fixed and shall not be loose when torsion, bending and vibration may occur.
